INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
- 1 cup of chopped papaya
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 4 cups of fresh thick yogurt
- 5 sugar-free sweeteners equivalent to one tablespoon
METHOD:
Put the fruits in a grinder and grind them together by adding orange juice and sweetener. 2 Slowly add yogurt and then grind all the mixture till all the ingredients turn into the same shape. 3 Add this mixture to your taste. Can be thickened or diluted accordingly. Cool and serve with fruits in 4 large glasses.
