Every lady in Ramadan Kareem wants to make some yummy and less timed recipe but what to make they don't know. so don't worry today I am giving you a 10-minute short recipe that is the love of every house. it is made by everyone in Iftari. the name of my dish is "DAHI PHULKIAN "
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING DAHI PHULKIAN ( FOR 4 PERSONS SERVING):
1. Phulkian: 1 cup
2. Potatoes: 2 large
3. yogurt: 1 cup
4. Onion: 1
5. Tomatoes: 1
6. Mint and green chili paste: 1 tablespoon
7. grinded sonf,elachi, and sookha dhanya powder: 1 tablespoon
8. green chilies: 2
9. Red chilies: 1
10. salt: according to taste
11. chat masala: 1teaspoon
12. crushed red chilies: 1 teaspoon
FOR DECORATION:
- mint leaves
- tomatoes chopped
- Imli and date paste
METHOD:
take a bowl, add 1 cup yogurt in it, add salt, chat masala, red chili powder, mint, green chili paste, elaichi,sonf and sookha dhania powder. Then mix it well. then add phulkian, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onion, chilies, and mix all this well. take out it in a nice dish and for decoration place, 2 to 3 min leaves on it and add Imli and date paste. Dahi phulkian is ready. serve it with drinks
