- Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tablespoons

FOR BATTER:
- Flour 2 teaspoons
- baking powder 2 1/4 teaspoons
- cornflour 2 tablespoons
- cold water quarts as needed
- salt half a teaspoon
FOR COATING:
- corn flakes 1 cup
- breadcrumbs 1 cup
- chips 1 cup
- Buns, slices as needed
- mayonnaise as needed
- lattice as needed
- cheese slices as needed
METHOD ( STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS )
Marinate the chicken with all the spices for 24 hours
FOR BATTER:
Combine all the ingredients of the batter and make a thick batter
FOR COOKING:
1. Mix all the ingredients of the coating together.
2. Dip the marinated chicken in the batter and coat with the prepared coating.
3. Then fry it till it becomes golden brown.
4. Cut the bun into two pieces and spread mayonnaise on it.
5. Then add chicken, salad leaves, and cheese slices.
6. Serve with chili sauce, fries, and ketchup ( hot and spicy )
